The money raised for this event will go towards the planned Orange Township Veterans Memorial that will be erected on the corner of Orange Rd and South Old State behind the old Town Hall.

The money raised for this event will go towards the planned Orange Township Veterans Memorial that will be erected on the corner of Orange Rd and South Old State behind the old Town Hall.  The goal is to make the memorial unique with local input.  The memorial itself was designed by a former Olentangy Orange High School Student, Amelia Dewey.  Matt Croghar and Kyle Benecke, also local Olentangy Orange High School Students, came up with the theme “Heroes Not Forgotten.”  More information can be found at http://www.orangetwp.org/index.aspx?NID=287
